Terms and Refund Policy

These terms explain paid capacity, commissioner payment responsibility, and the refund policy for Cut Major: Fantasy Golf.
Commissioner-Paid Capacity
Cut Major charges only the commissioner who creates or renews a league. League members and players do not pay Cut Major directly to participate.
A participant means a total active league or season participant, including the commissioner.
Single-event leagues are free for up to 10 participants. Paid single-event capacity is $5 for up to 50 participants or $10 for up to 100 participants. The maximum single-event league size is 100 participants.
Season-long leagues are $25 for up to 50 participants or $45 for up to 100 participants. The maximum season-long league size is 100 participants.
Season-long pricing is based on paid-season events remaining before lineup lock. Up to 50 participants is $25 for 5 events, $20 for 4, $15 for 3, $10 for 2, or $5 for 1. Up to 100 participants is $45 for 5 events, $36 for 4, $27 for 3, $18 for 2, or $10 for 1.
Commissioner-Only Payment
Only league commissioners purchase capacity or season-long access from Cut Major. League members and players do not pay Cut Major directly to participate in a league.
The commissioner is responsible for inviting participants and communicating league rules to the league.
No Gambling or Money Transfer
Cut Major may provide commissioner bookkeeping and estimate tools for offline dues and payouts, but Cut Major does not collect, hold, process, transfer, distribute, or guarantee player dues, entry fees, wagers, bets, prize pools, winnings, or payouts.
Commissioners are responsible for any offline league rules or participant arrangements. Commissioners should not represent Cut Major as holding, processing, transferring, distributing, or guaranteeing prize pools or payouts.
Cut Major is fantasy sports league software, not a betting, gambling, or money-transfer service.
Tournament and Organization Non-Affiliation
Cut Major is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PGA Tour, Augusta National, the USGA, The R&A, or any tournament organizer.
Tournament names may be used only to identify real golf events that commissioners choose for their fantasy leagues.
Refund Policy
Paid capacity purchases and season-long purchases are refundable if you request a refund before the first paid event lineup lock. After the first paid event has locked or started, purchases are generally non-refundable.
We will refund duplicate charges, accidental purchases reported within 7 days, or purchases affected by a Cut Major technical issue that prevents reasonable use of paid league features.
A Cut Major technical issue means a material platform problem caused by Cut Major that prevents most paid participants from accessing core paid features, such as submitting lineups, viewing league standings, or accessing the paid league or season for a meaningful period of time. It does not include issues caused by a user's device, internet connection, missed deadlines, third-party tournament data delays, golfer withdrawals, weather delays, or PGA schedule changes.
We do not provide refunds for missed lineup deadlines, golfer withdrawals or disqualifications, tournament weather delays, PGA schedule changes, league-member disputes, commissioner rule decisions, or dissatisfaction with fantasy results.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Bank and card processing times may vary.
